DFW's Most Reliable Concrete Coating Company based in Garland, TX
Turn tired concrete into a durable, easy-to-clean surface built for Texas homes, businesses, and outdoor living.

Residential and commercial

Bare gray concrete is often the one unfinished room in a well-kept house. Our polyurea base coat, color flake and clear topcoat go down in one day, and the floor is ready to use within 24 hours.

Faded, stained or peeling outdoor concrete gets a coating made for the back of the house, not the garage. Many customers book the garage and patio together, often finished the same day. We coat pool decks too.

Balconies, rooftop decks and parking garages take on water that slowly works into the concrete underneath. Our waterproofing systems seal the surface to extend the life of the slab.

Shops, factories, schools, kennels and automotive bays need a floor that holds up to traffic, spills and daily cleaning. We install commercial epoxy systems with heavier-duty topcoats, chosen for how the space is used.

Polished concrete turns the slab you already have into the finished floor, with no coating on top to wear through. It suits showrooms, offices and warehouses. We look at the slab first and tell you plainly if it's a good fit.

Some slabs need protection more than a new look. A clear sealer keeps bare concrete looking like concrete while helping it resist water and staining, on walkways, warehouse floors and similar surfaces.
Why Classic
Some new coating companies open with rented equipment and close within a year, and the warranty goes with them. We've been in Garland since 2018, and your 15-year residential warranty comes in writing, not as a handshake.
Several of our customers came to us after an epoxy floor peeled or faded. Our base coat is polyurea, about four times more flexible than standard epoxy, so it moves with your slab instead of letting go.
The people working in your garage are not day-hire subcontractors. We use a small team of in-house installers, trained on our systems, and we carry $1 million in general liability coverage, though Texas doesn't require it.
Jeff or Nick walks you through each system, answers every question and leaves the decision to you. You won't get a teaser price that climbs once someone is sitting at your kitchen table.
Most garage and patio floors are finished in one day and ready to use within 24 hours. The crew cleans up before leaving, one of the things customers mention most in their reviews.
You always know who is coming to your home and when. Here is how it works.
Simple from start to finish
Call us or send the form, and we set up an in-home visit at a time that works for you.
Either Nick or Jeff will call the day before to confirm. At the visit, they will check your slab, show you flake colors, and explain each system.
You get an automatic reminder 24 hours ahead. The crew repairs cracks, preps the concrete, then applies the polyurea base, color flake and clear topcoat.
The floor is ready within 24 hours, and residential customers receive a written 15-year warranty that spells out the coverage.

“Working with our sales rep, Jeff Stout, could not have been easier. He came out to visit, walked us through our options, helped us make the best decision for our needs, and put us on the calendar for the following week.”
“Edgar and Gerry were prompt, professional and kept me informed of the progress of my project. I was replacing a poorly done patio coating and now I'm able to enjoy my outdoor space with peace of mind that it was done right.”
“Then on the day of installation, Edgar and Gerry showed up, explained everything in detail to us. They were very professional, and courteous. As advertised, they were done in a day. I had my garage floor and back patio done on the same day.”
“I almost did an epoxy floor. I researched that idea and learned there are too many flaws that can occur with it. Polyurea is the way to go for long term happiness. They are busy, so schedule soon if interested.”

Most residential garage and patio floors are finished in one day, and the floor is ready to use within 24 hours of installation. Larger floors and commercial projects can take longer, and we give you the schedule at your quote visit. How soon install day comes depends on the season. If you have a move-in date or an event coming up, tell us when you call.
We serve homes and businesses across Rockwall, Collin, Denton and Dallas counties from our shop in Garland. Most of our residential work is in Rockwall, Heath, Plano, McKinney and Frisco, and we also work often in Highland Park, University Park, Richardson, Rowlett and Denton. Nearly every job is within about an hour of the shop. If your city isn't listed on this page, call and ask.
Texas doesn't issue a state license for concrete coating or flooring contractors, which is one reason so many short-lived companies enter the trade. We carry $1 million in general liability insurance anyway, and we use a small team of in-house installers. Whoever you hire, ask for proof of insurance before work starts.
Our own trained crews do every install, and the company has been in Garland since 2018, with nearly a decade of polyurea experience behind it. Residential floors come with a 15-year warranty in writing. We also don't lead with a low teaser price and upsell you at the kitchen table. Jeff or Nick explains the options, gives you a quote and lets you decide.
For most home garages, yes. Polyurea is about four times more flexible than standard epoxy, so it's less likely to crack or peel as the slab moves, and the floor is ready to use within 24 hours. Several of our customers came to us after an epoxy floor peeled or faded. Epoxy still has a place, and we install commercial epoxy systems where they suit the job.
Our residential coatings carry a 15-year warranty, and you get it in writing. A written warranty tells you exactly what is covered and for how long, which a verbal promise or an open-ended "lifetime" claim can't. If you ever have a question about your floor, call the office and we'll walk you through it.
Yes. We coat shop floors, factories, schools, dog kennels and automotive spaces, and we offer polished concrete, concrete sealing and waterproof deck systems for balconies and parking garages. Commercial floors usually need heavier-duty topcoats than a home garage, so we choose the system based on traffic and cleaning. We walk the site before we quote.
Generally, no. We stay away from coating driveways, because a coated surface open to rain and traffic is a slip risk we aren't comfortable taking on. We also don't take standalone repair jobs. Cracks, holes and stains are repaired as part of every coating we install, so the slab is sound before the new floor goes down. If you need a new concrete pad poured, we can point you in the right direction.
