Warehouses · Commercial Floor Coatings
Forklift lanes wearing through, dust on the inventory, aisle lines you can barely see? We plan a floor coating around how your building works.
Insurance for the work on your commercial site.
Our small in-house team handles prep and installation.
A floor system chosen around your building and operations.

The floor at work
Forklift lanes grind down first, then aisle turns and dock plates where loaded pallets drop. Unsealed concrete sheds dust that settles on stock and gets into equipment. Old coatings peel along the busiest routes, and faded aisle lines become a safety issue. A planned floor project starts with understanding those wear patterns.
The complete system
We assess the concrete, daily traffic and cleaning needs before recommending the floor system. Our own crews prepare and install the floor to the agreed scope.
We walk with your operations lead, mark forklift routes, docks, racking and walkways, and look at joints, cracks and old coatings.
The slab is prepared and spalled joints and cracks repaired before coating, so the floor starts on sound concrete.
Why trust DFW Classic
Spalled joints are where forklifts bang and coatings chip. They are repaired during prep.

Timing depends on square footage, repairs and the project scope. Your written plan lists the schedule for the work.
A free building walk establishes square footage, joint and crack repair, and any old coatings. The price is set out in the written quote.
Worn forklift lanes, dust on stock, or peeling coating near aisles and docks point to a floor that needs attention.
Warehouse floors are planned projects. Install dates are agreed after the building walk. Raise peak-season dates early.
Yes. We assess machinery, process spills and anchored equipment as part of the floor plan.
Wet dock areas and dry traffic lanes behave differently, so texture is planned around where water, oil or cleaning solutions collect.
