Quality, One Floor at a Time
Every floor gets the full process, whether it’s a one-car garage or a commercial shop: proper prep, then a coating system chosen for how the space is actually used. We’d rather do one floor right than two floors fast.

Owner-operated in Garland since 2018. Our own trained crews, a 15-year written warranty, and a quote visit with no pressure attached.
Our Story
Nick Brown started Classic Concrete Coatings in Garland in 2018 with a simple goal: put down floors that last, and still be around to stand behind them.
When we started, the whole business ran on pen and paper. The software is better now, but some of the old-school habits stuck. Nick still calls every customer himself the day before his visit, so you know exactly who is coming and when.
Classic is still owner-operated. Our crews have spent nearly a decade installing polyurea coating systems on North Texas concrete. That much time on one system teaches you how slabs behave after a Texas summer, which cracks need attention before coating, and when a floor isn’t a good candidate at all. When that’s the case, we’ll tell you.
That experience also shapes why we exist. Concrete coating is an easy trade to get into. Someone can rent equipment, put a logo on a truck and start selling floors within a month, and some of those outfits are gone a year later, along with their warranties. We built Classic to be the opposite: a local company that answers the phone in year one and in year twelve.

“Quality, one floor at a time.”
When we asked Nick to describe Classic in three words, he came back with these.
Every floor gets the full process, whether it’s a one-car garage or a commercial shop: proper prep, then a coating system chosen for how the space is actually used. We’d rather do one floor right than two floors fast.
Classic is owner-operated, and it feels that way. You know who is coming to your home before they knock, and our system sends a reminder 24 hours before install day.
No hard sell. Ever. We explain each option, give you a written quote and leave the decision with you. Then we do what we said we’d do, on the day we said we’d do it.
Our Team
We use a small team of in-house installers, not day-hire subcontractors, and customers tend to remember them by name.

Owner
Nick founded Classic in 2018 and still runs it day to day. He comes out to look at your floor, brings flake samples, explains each system and writes your quote. If something about your floor isn’t right, it ends up on his desk.

In-house installers
Our in-house crews handle every install, from the first pass of the grinder to the final sweep. Reviewers mention them for showing up on time, explaining the work and leaving the space clean.
Texas doesn’t require floor coating contractors to carry insurance. We carry $1 million in general liability coverage on every job anyway, because your home deserves that protection.
Residential coatings come with a 15-year warranty, in writing. Some companies promise “lifetime.” We’d rather give you real terms on paper, from a company that will still be here.
Our residential systems start with a polyurea base that’s more flexible than standard epoxy, so it moves with the slab instead of peeling away from it.
Most garage and patio floors are finished in one day. The crew cleans up before leaving, and our reviews mention it again and again.
Nine out of ten homeowners who call us want a garage or a patio done, and those floors are still the core of what we do. We also coat pool decks, shops and porches, and we install commercial epoxy and coating systems for businesses across DFW.
Where we work
Our shop is at 106 N Shiloh Rd in Garland. Most of our residential work happens east and north of it, in Rockwall County and Collin County, with steady work in Denton County and the Park Cities. Every city we serve is within about an hour of the shop.
